Rebecca + Leo

Arizona holds a special place in my heart. It is my home after all. There's nothing quite like spending time in the desert during sunset, and spending time with loved ones while eating good Mexican food. It was the perfect evening to photograph Rebecca and Leo the night before their wedding, amongst the cactus and mountains. The winter air felt nice as the sun was beaming down on them, perfectly happy and so thrilled about their upcoming big day. I've known Rebecca since childhood, so when she reached out to me to photograph her wedding, I was beyond excited. Meeting Leo and seeing the way these two interact with each other was like seeing two puzzle pieces coming together. Cheesy, I know, but they just get each other and the love they have for one another is so easy to see. It makes you want to be a part of their story. 

I loved getting to do just that for this weekend in Arizona. Seeing their families come together for their desert wedding made me feel all the feels. Watching a childhood friend find her person is an indescribable feeling. I'm just so happy for them both.
